Having your boiler serviced is a condition of the boilers warranty. Your boiler needs to be annually serviced to ensure the warranty stays valid.

Gas Safety Certification
All Gas appliances in your property need to be safety checked annually and serviced by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Any appliances left unchecked could leave you at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. This is Law if you are a landlord.
